However, I still have some doubts regarding the concepts of accident ponds and fire water collection ponds. I would appreciate it if experts could explain their functions, definitions, and differences.

However, if fire-fighting water is used to cool or extinguish the fire at that time, won’t the wastewater on the ground also end up in the accident pool?
