After the synthesis catalyst is loaded, it will take about a month before the catalyst is heated and reduced. So what should be done with the synthesis tower?
Keep it airtight and away from moisture, preferably protected by nitrogen.

Catalysts that are not reduced can be protected by just filling them with light nitrogen.
