ASPEN heat exchanger issues

I have the following questions: 1. In ASPEN, for example: when two 120 m2 heat exchangers are connected in series/parallel, how should the values of the heat exchange area be entered during simulation? I have some questions. 2. In tower simulation, regarding plate efficiency, is there a difference between using the theoretically calculated number of plates and using the actual number of plates based on plate efficiency? 3. Is there a unified standard for the selection of thermodynamic methods in petrochemical plants? I hope everyone will not hesitate to offer their advice!
1. I think it’s more reliable to enter the values separately when connecting them in series. 2. There can be a slight difference sometimes; for example, if the calculated cost is 7.5 units, the actual cost is usually around 8 units. 3. There is no unified standard
