Hello, owner – here are all my anti-corrosion methods specifically for bolts. There are currently mature cases in various coastal chemical and power enterprises. Our double-layer coating provides corrosion protection that lasts for over 15 years at a time. Coatings cannot provide effective corrosion protection for the edges of nuts, bolts, and similar components, mainly because the coating on the edges of nuts is thin, making those areas prone to corrosion; once corrosion starts in one spot, it can spread outward. We can explore it in more depth if there’s a chance.
The most common method is painting; rust remover is sprayed during disassembly, and it’s generally not difficult to remove.
