Water droplets at the outlet of the gas scrubber

The dried exhaust gas from our company has an odor, and an alkaline solution is used to remove this odor. The diameter of the tower is 3.8 meters, its height is 5 meters, and its capacity is 80,000 cubic meters per hour; a swirl plate is installed on the outlet pipe. The current problem is that alkaline liquid droplets appear on the output. How do you experienced colleagues handle this? I’d like some advice.
An evaporator can be added for export, or another baffle could be tried as well.
The flow rate is too high; you might try multi-stage absorption. In our plant, there are venturi mist eliminators and cascade mist eliminators in front of the exhaust gas absorption alkali scrubber, and our flow rate is only 8,000 cubic meters per hour
Add a gas-liquid separator to the outlet pipeline.
Cyclone plate demisters and multi-baffle demisters both belong to the category of demisters based on traditional, simple technologies, with limited operational flexibility; their efficiency in foam removal drops significantly, especially when operating conditions fluctuate. It is recommended to carry out a technical upgrade of the aforementioned demisters by installing high-efficiency vane-type gas-liquid demisting separators as internal components, or to add such separators after them; either approach can effectively solve your problems.
