It’s hard to say. With housing prices so high, various rumors are circulating suggesting that **some policies will likely be introduced to control them. If housing prices fall, the construction industry will shrink. In fact, construction is connected to many aspects of the chemical industry as well – cement, steel, paints and coatings, adhesives, insulation materials, and so on – all of which are likely to see a decline as well.
