In our factory, dichlorodihydrosilicon makes up 5% of the raw materials; it has an impact on the reduction tower after entering it. Meanwhile, due to the presence of dichlorodihydrosilicon in the secondary material, it is difficult to transport it. I would like to ask if your factories have encountered such a situation? How was it handled? Any good suggestions?
Based on our research and findings regarding reduction processes, DCS can accelerate the reduction reaction; a concentration of around 10% is generally required. However, this can lead to misting in the reduction furnace.
