I don’t know what the output per shift is. Normally, high summer temperatures have a certain impact on methanol production, but since the daytime shifts experience the highest temperatures, the production should be the lowest; therefore, it can’t be the temperature that’s causing this effect. You say there’s no difference in volume, gas composition, or operational level; it’s just due to human factors.
Could you tell me your company name? It’s mainly the change in temperature. If it’s rainy, the yield difference won’t be so large.

1. Is the concentration of the gasified coal slurry lower than that of other teams? 2. Is the feed volume lower than that of other teams? 3. Is the methanol content in the distillation wastewater higher than that of other teams (as methanol is removed from there)? 4. The feed to the pressure tower and the atmospheric pressure tower should not be too low; sufficient steam supply is required
