Grade of oxygen pipelines

Could someone tell me whether the oxygen pipelines in a plant with a design pressure of 1.0 MPa and a design temperature of 60°C fall under GC2 or GC3? What is the basis for this determination?
It should be a GC2-class pressure pipeline, as oxygen belongs to the \"Category B flammable gases\"”
At least GC2, because pressure pipes of the GC3 category pose basically no significant hazard
In the draft of the regulatory guidelines: A2.4.3 Other flammable media – The following flammable media listed in the Catalogue of Hazardous Chemicals should be regarded as Class A or B flammable gases, or Class A flammable liquids (including liquefied hydrocarbons) as specified in Table A.2 or Table A.3, based on their fire hazard (flammability), flash point, and state (gas, liquid, solid): (1) Aerosols (Category 1), oxidizing gases (Category 1), substances and mixtures that release flammable gases upon contact with water (Categories 1, 2, 3)； (2) Flammable solids (Classes 1, 2), self-igniting solids (Class 1), oxidizing solids (Classes 1, 2, 3) ； (3) Spontaneously combustible liquids (Category 1), oxidizing liquids (Categories 1, 2, 3) ； (4) Organic peroxides (categories A, B, C, D, E, F), self-reactive substances and mixtures (categories A, B, C, D, E), self-heating substances and mixtures (categories 1, 2).
