I seem to have heard that the public utilities are set to be put into use by the end of this year?
What project is it? Why can’t I see any bidding announcement?
It won’t happen that quickly. At present, the pipeline installation in the chemical industry zone is almost complete, while that in the refining zone is still a long way off. The utility pipelines and pipe racks are under construction, and some steel structures are being prefabricated; there will be no projects ready for operation by the end of the year
