Our plant uses a six-tower process for low-temperature methanol washing; what conditions must the system meet when the C-4 tower (i.e., the regeneration tower) is put into operation? How should I operate under the current conditions (system cyclic cooling)?
1. First, the methanol cycle has been established. 2. The refrigeration system is operating normally, and the methanol circulation for cooling has already begun. 3. The thermal regeneration tower can be put into operation when the temperature entering it is around 10 degrees. 4. The methanol-water separation tower can be put into use after the thermal regeneration tower is in operation.
