Please discuss the reason why the outlet check valve of a reciprocating compressor keeps ringing? Personally, I think it is the result of the interaction between the natural frequency of the valve plate and the pulsation of the compressor. What are your different opinions?
The main reasons are: 1. The valve piece is broken ; 2. The spring is soft or broken ; 3. The valve seat penetrates deeply into the cylinder and collides with the piston ; 4. The jackscrew of the air valve assembly is loose. ; 5. The bottom valve fastening bolts are loose. ; 6. The lifting height of the valve plate is too high. Personal opinion, for reference only.
Increase the spring or measure the temperature of the valve cover to see if it is caused by the large vibration of the valve plate, and then consider the solution.
There is a high possibility that the bottom valve fastening bolts are loose. This happened once before and was disassembled and verified during overhaul. In fact, I suggest you check the pressure fluctuations and listen to the sound while looking at the pressure. This will be more helpful, because everyone’s judgment after listening is different.

What do you mean by resolved? If it is solved, you are welcome to send the real reason. What type of one-way valve is it? What are the characteristics of noise? The sounds produced by different reasons are different.
The sound of the single valve is mainly affected by the gas flow rate. If it is small, there will be a swinging sound of the valve plate.
