The level gauge for the nicotinic acid cycle wastewater in our factory keeps breaking; now we’re using a float-type level gauge. I wonder what kind of level gauges others use? Which factory is good? Thank you
The radar level gauge used in our unit has been in use for 4 years. It’s working well; there’s one suitable for measuring liquid level in flue gas. I’ll ask you about it during the day
I’ve used several types, and all of them have worked well: radar sensors, Nanhua’s strain gauge-based level gauges, and even the most basic flap-type level gauges – all of them are excellent
We use sealed pressure grooves, and have used three imported models of radar. It often malfunctioned while driving, but the situation improved significantly after a month. Of course, there are still some times when no failure occurs. Later, a magnetic flap level gauge was added. It turned out that the principle behind magnetic flaps was feasible, but there were issues with the manufacturing, design, and selection of materials for this product. After making improvements on our own (mainly to the float and magnets), it became highly reliable. If an individual sets such performance requirements: level measurement in any type of sulfuric acid circulation tank, the equipment to require no maintenance for over 3 years, with no measurement failures at all – excluding cases of component damage – then I believe that \"only\" magnetic flip plates can meet these requirements. The magnetic flap costs about 1/6 of the price of a radar.
I recommend using a double-flange level gauge

Reply to 4# zxg.wylton: Haha, I’ve also changed those here to magnetic flip switches. I’ve been using them for a few days and so far there have been no problems. I’m not sure how you made the changes over there; could you please share that with me? Thank you!
Initially, glass tubes were used, with steel covers, and they worked fine for N years. Those with magnetic flip plates work too. New types developed with current technology have not been used yet
The float has been replaced with one made of all-tetrafluoro material, and the strength of the magnet has been increased.
