The content of the monthly (quarterly, annual) technical report should include the following aspects: (1) Basic production situation for the month (quarter, year)； (2) Important production notes ； (3) Material balance and product yield analysis ； (4) Consumption of chemical raw materials and its analysis ； (5) Energy consumption and its analysis ； (6) Product quality status and its analysis (analysis of defective units/quantity) ； (7) Environmental protection status and its analysis ； (8) Economic and technical analysis of the plant’s input-output performance ； (9) Compliance status and its analysis ； (10) Technical analysis of the operation of key technical measures ； (11) Main operating parameters (including process stability).
