What materials are currently used for the storage tanks of the finished dilute nitric acid (55%-65%) in nitric acid production?
Using 304L should be fine. Please experts advise whether this is correct.

304L is used for dilute nitric acid, while pure aluminum is used for concentrated nitric acid.
304 stainless steel will do; this is the material used in dilute nitric acid absorption towers, and corrosion generally does not occur with it.
