What are the testing parameters for the various indicators of polysilicon? What equipment is needed?
The main ones include GC, FTIR, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, UV, etc. Some also require the installation of physical property testers such as P/N type testers, resistivity meters, and minority carrier lifetime testers; in addition, boron detection furnaces and phosphorus detection furnaces might be necessary as well. It depends on your manufacturing processes and product requirements.
