Foreign-funded enterprises, supervision

Can you provide some supervision companies that are wholly owned by foreign capital (from Europe and the US)? I know it’s Lloyd’s, because we can always see it in our company! ~
I also know DNV, BV, and ABS.
BV, DLR, Intertek, SGS, ABS, HSB, and TUV are all good testing agencies. I’m talking about corporate development and employee benefits, not technical capabilities. Although Modi is a British company, I wonder if it’s still considered a foreign company in the industry?

Reply to 4# realben: Previously, I worked as an assistant to a project manager (since the equipment was meant for use abroad and English was required; I had decent English skills, so I was transferred to that role). Now I work in the technical field, dealing with design drawings. I think my English skills are pretty good.
