The butterfly valve behind the burner is at 15 degrees – 280 for one rotation and 220 for two rotations. The furnace temperature keeps dropping, and even after introducing fuel gas, the temperature continues to fall. What could be the reason for this? Is there severe water contamination in the acidic gas?
Is there a separation tank before the acidic gas you mentioned? Just drain the liquid and you’ll know. Also, what do you mean by first and second rotation? We control the amount of air through the relief valve; when there isn’t enough oxygen, it’s impossible to maintain the temperature!
I wonder if the air supply for you is appropriate? What is the hydrogen sulfide concentration? If the temperature of the fuel gas drops when more fuel is added, then the air flow rate must be low. Is the flame normal through the fire viewing port? How are the test results? With or without water, I believe you guys know how to check it yourselves.
What is the original design load of your device? Is it within the operational flexibility range?
If the acid gas carries a large amount of water, the furnace pressure will definitely rise; If the pressure does not change, it may be due to a low concentration of acidic gas or insufficient air supply.
