The reformation dechlorinating agent was steamed, causing the expansion plates of the dechlorinating agent to expand and compact, preventing it from being removed from the tank. The tank is over ten meters tall, with a manhole at the bottom and another at the top. Do anyone have any good suggestions?
The moisture and catalyst have clumped together. The manhole can be opened, and a few shovels’ worth of soil can be dug out with a shovel. If it still can’t flow out through the discharge port, it will flow out through the manhole. Or use N2 to blow off the moisture.
