If, during maintenance, only the process flow diagrams are modified without making any changes to the configuration of the control stations, then how should the budget be calculated? I checked Sinopec’s standards and there’s nothing related to this in them! Should it be calculated based on added points or some other method?
Sinopec has a maintenance quota from 2001, which covers the expansion and debugging of industrial computers; measurement is done in units of points, regardless of whether it’s pulse, analog, or digital signals
Sure, try to focus on projects with higher pay. Some are not listed in the quota, but you can find similar ones.
