What effects can too high a pressure of the shaft seal air in a pressurized brake expander have on the expander itself? I would appreciate guidance from experts; it would be best if the effects were discussed separately for the pressurized side and the expansion side. Thank you
The last edit to this post was made by 525h on 2010-9-19 at 20:44. It’s too high; the pressure-boosting side has no effect on the gas side, but it does affect the oil side. The expansion side affects both the gas side and the oil side – gas entering the oil, or gas going to the cold side – the consequences are obvious
The seal air pressure for the expander is required to be 50 to 100 KPA higher than the back pressure of the wheel
We are 0.1-0.2mpa high
We are at 0.2 MPa pressure; we’re worried about potential dangers
