What kind of flow meter is it? Is the power supply working properly? Or were there any thunderstorms or rain? Is there any interference or are there things welded on the pipeline!
Check whether the trend is caused by a sudden increase in the signal or by a gradual change. Let’s check the field transmitter and the root section. Are there only three gauges at the field site and one at the root section? If there is only one root, then don’t take 2 out of 3. It doesn’t make any sense. The root is completely blocked.
Based on the analysis of simultaneous changes, the three flowmeters should use a single throttling device. Then, the possibility of blockage in the pressure lead or pressure tapping is relatively high.
Make judgments step by step; it’s likely that the transmitter is not damaged. Check the pressure guide tube first, and clean out any debris. . .
Is a wedge shape used? A flow meter with three pairs of differential pressures? It is recommended to consider diaphragm pressure tapping.
