The drying device is quite large. Are you referring to the specific equipment or the entire device?
Go and check out Beijing Collin; they have a DWT technology called steam fluidized bed coal drying technology.
Companies such as Datang and Huadian have offerings in this area; you can get in touch with them
The Dalian University of Technology’s Drying Research Laboratory is headed by the president of the National Drying Association; it enjoys a high reputation among universities across the country. Recently, it received the first prize from the Ministry of Metallurgy for its outstanding achievements in the field of drying, reportedly in the area related to coal. They are responsible for the design; as for production, anyone can manufacture it once they have the blueprints.
