Can CAESAR II model the transportation and lifting loads?

In one of our projects, the vendor requires the dynamic loads associated with transportation and lifting, which need to be determined through dynamic analysis. I don’t know how to model these aspects! Anyone who is familiar with these methods please offer me some advice. Thank you!!
