How is the weight of those flanges, nozzles, end caps, tube sheets, etc. calculated? Is it by referring to standards? But doesn’t the weight vary depending on the material used? Thank you to the kind person who explained this to me; I am extremely grateful

For standard flanges and end caps, the relevant standards can be referred to; for nozzles and tube sheets, a small program can be created in Excel – by entering the parameters into it, the weight can be calculated, eliminating the need to do this repeatedly.

For the weight of end caps, we refer to relevant standards. However, I’m a bit confused: the weights specified in those standards seem to be for carbon steel, and the same values are used for stainless steel as well. Wouldn’t that mean the weight should be lower?
Indeed, there are some materials that cannot be evaluated using standard criteria; for example, nickel and titanium. You can simply divide the standard quality value by 7.85 and then multiply by the specific gravity of that material – that’s how I calculate it
