Issues with transferring data from aspen11.1 to HTRI

Dear fellow engineers, I am a beginner using HTRI. I am now trying to use HTRI to analyze some heat exchangers; I first carried out simulations using Aspen. However, I followed the instructions in the document titled “Methods for transferring ASPEN PLUS simulation data to HTRI”. But at the third step, that is: 3. Click on “Start \Programs\AspenTech\Aspen Engineering Suite\Aspen Plus 11.1\Aspen Plus Simulation Engine”; after entering the Engine Simulation window, I need to go to the directory where the *.bkp files are located. This step always fails to find a valid file (I have saved the *.bkp files on Drive E). I’m not sure what is included in the \"directory where the *.bkp files are located\"; I haven’t been able to proceed with the subsequent steps. Could you please give some guidance? Thank you, experts~
Did you add heat curves to the heat exchanger in the Aspen file?
Reply to 2# li*aohong0311: It has been added. I’m using HTFS for calculations now, so I haven’t pursued this issue any further; however, I still wasn’t able to complete the transfer successfully
