Selection of electric actuators

We purchased a batch of electric actuators here, from Rotork, and their performance is fairly good so far. But I keep thinking about one issue at the moment, which is the selection of electric actuators. I’m not clear about the matching relationship between valves, actuators, and gearboxes, and I don’t know how to determine the model of the actuator once I have the parameters of the valve. At that time, it was unclear who was responsible for making decisions regarding procurement and product selection; it was impossible to get answers, and when questions were directed to the manufacturer, the responses were vague. (By the way, their service is very poor.) I tried searching online myself, but couldn’t find any solution. This problem keeps bothering me, so I would appreciate it if some experienced folks or experts could give me some guidance. Thank you! !
