What considerations should be taken when customizing glass-lined reactors and tanks?
The surface quality of the glass-lined surface: whether it is smooth, free from defects, and has a uniform color; whether any pits present have smooth transitions; whether the diameter and depth of these pits meet the relevant standards. Additionally, a thickness gauge is used to check whether the thickness is uniform, and whether the thinnest and thickest areas meet the specified standard values. The relevant standards for this are HG2036 \"Parameters for Glass-Lined Containers\" and HG2432 \"Technical Requirements for Glass-Lined Equipment\"

The main issue with installation is related to the installation of the mechanical seal; other problems are not significant.
