Discussion: Comparison of Ingersoll Rand, Atlas, and Liuli air compressors

Both IR and AC are excellent, with many users in China. Liu Erkong produces oxygen compressors, which are different products from those of the other two companies, so they cannot be compared.
Is this topic not too broad! Should we also distinguish between different types of compressors?! Looking forward to answers from experts! Let me talk about a few compressors I’ve seen: Recently, I encountered Liu Erkong’s piston compressor at a company, and I heard it tends to have problems frequently! Meanwhile, that company also has three IR screw compressors, which are said to be performing very well. With a soundproof cover in place, the noise isn’t very loud! I’ve come across Atlas’ overall gear-type centrifugal compressors, which work well, but they are very sensitive to power grid fluctuations – they shut down at the slightest disturbance. Moreover, without sound insulation covers, their noise is extremely harsh!
Reply to 2# bq99: For oil-free air compressors, during the selection process we can choose screw-type or piston-type models. Atlas’ oil-free models are relatively more expensive compared to those from private manufacturers
