Is it easy to manufacture valves made of duplex stainless steel with replaceable seat inserts? Both the valve body and the valve seat are made of duplex stainless steel; the replaceable valve seat is connected via threading. Is it easy to work with?
First, I’m not sure what type of valve you’re referring to, but it should be a straight-stroke valve. When the valve port diameter is less than 32, it is difficult to handle; when the diameter is greater than 40, threaded connection can be used. However, a seal must be added between the valve seat and the valve body, otherwise internal leakage will occur. Additionally, the threads should not be aligned perfectly, as the sealing surfaces need to be able to compensate automatically
