Dear experts, please share your views on what the appropriate gas-solid ratio of coal powder should be when using N2 or CO2 to transport coal powder in powder gasification – one that ensures stable transportation without introducing too much inert gas What is the minimum gas-solid ratio? 10kg.kg-1
Briquette coal has good capability for dense-phase transportation; in the laboratory, a solid-gas ratio of several hundred can be achieved. In practice, the specific number to choose depends on your operating conditions; I think 30 to 50 should be fine
