The material has been tested to be close to 18-8. The container needs to be removed. How to remove the welded gasket? It is welded to the container and it needs to be reused. It is really a headache. What is the "welded gasket" that the poster mentioned? Is it the lining ring (backing plate) that lines the inside when the head and barrel section are welded? This structure would be used if welding could not be performed from the inside. If it has such a structure, the inner diameter of your equipment will not be too large. To remove the sealing head, just cut it directly along the weld and cut it together with the backing plate. Generally, when the manufacturer manufactures, the backing plate and the cylinder will be connected first. Fix, and then assemble the head. The backing plate and the head side are not fixed at all. Now you only need to cut off the tight welds and process the welds. The backing plate that is fixed with the cylinder can be polished to a fixed position with a grinder and knocked off.
