SKS lead smelting method: blast furnace melting

I have just started working with blast furnace melting, and it seems that there are very few control points throughout the entire melting process. Controlling the various parameters is quite difficult; issues such as the presence of lead in the slag, the formation and control of matte and yellow slag, as well as the separation of lead from the slag, are not clear at all from an understanding perspective I’m here looking for help – how should I proceed? I hope those with more experience can give me some guidance!
