Hello! Welcome to the MDI plant. Our plant consists of 7 units, namely the carbon monoxide unit, condensation unit, phosgenation unit, rectification unit, modified MDI unit, packaging unit, and HMDI pilot unit. MDI is our main product. In 2005, we successfully commissioned the MDI plant with an annual production capacity of 160,000 tons on schedule; with the completion of Phase II projects, the production capacity of this new MDI plant will reach 300,000 tons per year. To date, we have successfully developed a series of ADI products. And now, you can see our company’s 50,000 DWT coal/salt terminal and 50,000 DWT liquid chemical terminal.

A small suggestion: since it consists of seven MDI units, in English it would be better to omit the word \"UNIT\" when referring to these seven components, as foreigners dislike repeated words. Also, use \"IN 2005\" instead of just \"2005\", and use \"welcome\" instead of \"first welcome\"

The supervisor is the project manager; there are 5-6 colleagues, who are in charge of managing the outsourced projects. 3. Project Assistant: Qualifications: 1. A diploma or higher from a legitimate educational institution ； 2. At least 2 years of work experience in document management, English translation, etc. in chemical enterprises or international engineering companies ； 3. Proficient in using Office software and skilled at creating PPTs ； 4. Proficiency in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing is required. The superior is the project manager, and there are 5-6 colleagues who act as assistants to the project department manager. 4. Chief Project Engineer (Project Manager): Qualifications: 1. A college degree or above in related fields such as process piping ； 2. More than 10 years of work experience in a chemical engineering design firm or an international project management company, with prior experience as the leader of large-scale projects ； 3. Good skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English. The superior is the company’s vice president; there are 5–6 subordinates, who are in charge of managing the leaders of various outsourcing projects. 5. Pipeline Engineer: Responsibilities include project management related to pipeline work, such as piping, painting, and insulation ； Qualifications: 1. A college degree or above in related fields such as chemical engineering plants ； 2. At least 5 years of work experience in the pipeline field at a chemical engineering design institute or an international engineering company, with experience on large-scale projects ； 3. Familiar with the layout of pipelines and equipment in chemical plants, pipeline materials, stress analysis, as well as knowledge of painting and insulation ； 4. Good skills in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing. 6. Human Resources Supervisor and Manager: Qualifications: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources or a related field ； 2. At least three to five years of experience in human resources ； 3. Skilled in the areas of performance evaluation and salary management, familiar with the operational procedures related to human resource management, aware of various labor and personnel regulations and policies, and able to apply them in practice ； 4. Requirements for English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills must be at level 6 or above ； 5. Possesses good professional ethics, is steady and reliable, meticulous in work, highly responsible, has strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a spirit of teamwork ； 6. The DCS system in the central control room is supplied by Emerson and has played a crucial role in the operation of the three key units. Since continuous processing requires shift work, a separate shift room has been provided for the phosgenation unit for convenience. DuPont’s globally recognized production safety management system was introduced here in 2004 and further adapted for use within the company. In addition, the lean management system is also employed in the company, and our staff receive training from invited lean experts every year. As you can see, HSE boards and lean management boards are displayed on the walls. Lastly, environmental protection is given great importance. It was an honor for the 160,000 tonnes/year MDI production facility to be awarded the “State Environmental Friendly Project” title in 2008. If it is an international affairs-related activity, it is best to have someone with a major in foreign languages handle such work; the person who initiated this task only needs to provide those with a foreign language background with some specialized terminology related to factories.
