Feasibility study on a 100m long factory building

I have been drawing diagrams in the past but have no experience with feasibility studies. I now have a project to take on, which is in the feasibility study and design phase; it involves a factory building approximately 100 meters long. I would like to ask those who have experience with feasibility studies here – what is the required level of detail in the design? What needs to be done?
