With such a large machine, I’m not sure whether it’s a product of 711; in fact, there’s no possibility that the clearance between the male and female rotors decreases – it’s just a matter of ensuring even adjustment. Just use the backlash reduction gear of the synchronous gear to adjust the meshing clearance. Installing the thrust bearing is, of course, the same as with other units – it’s sufficient to ensure an appropriate thrust clearance.
It takes twelve rotations of the rotor to measure all the gaps between the male and female rotors; the measurements taken with feeler gauges show a value of 0.50 MM, indicating uneven gaps. How can the synchronous gear at the inlet shaft end be adjusted? I hope someone above can provide a detailed explanation.
Is that from Shanghai 711? Last time we managed to achieve synchronization by adjusting two synchronous gears; those gears consist of two teeth joined together. We inserted a feeler gauge at the outlet end, marked the two gears for identification, rotated them, adjusted the screws on the synchronous gears to fix their position, and then measured in each direction sequentially
