In our plant, when using high-pressure ammonia water for smokeless coal loading, the pressure in the gas collection pipe reaches around 500 Pascals; when no coal is being loaded, the pressure in the gas collection pipe remains very stable. How can the instantaneous pressure be adjusted?
The tar system has its own gas collection flap, allowing the pressure to be set within a range of 100 Pa plus or minus 50 Pa. Additionally, the flap located in front of the blower and the speed of the blower can also be used for adjustment, but the gas collection flap is the key element.
Coke ovens are equipped with automatic tilting functions, so short-term fluctuations do not require any adjustment!
