The plate diffuses slowly in the developing agent. Apart from the type of plate and the evaporation of the developing agent, are there any other influencing factors? Reagent expired? Ambient temperature? Are there any other factors?
Today, experiments were conducted on several factors, and the conclusion reached is that it was likely a problem with the reagents – the technician used expired reagents, which prevented the plates from being separated effectively by the developing agent.
