I would like to ask everyone: What type of gauge is used for measuring the catalyst level in your unit? My current device uses radio frequency admittance, but it has one problem: it needs to be calibrated before being put into use – a value of 4mA must be set for the empty level and 20mA for the full level. However, the process operating conditions do not allow this, so the device has not yet been put into use. So what kind of watches do everyone use? I would recommend it; avoid instruments that emit radiation, such as those with nuclear radiation. Please recommend a gauge that is easy to calibrate, thank you.
This level controller works well once it is installed. It’s likely that the device isn’t installed properly in your location; the range can be adjusted to a suitable value based on actual usage conditions, so it’s important to observe carefully. Exactly how to install it depends on how you figure it out; it can’t be explained clearly here.
Installation should be problem-free; the key issue is that the conditions for calibrating the two points are difficult to meet, which is quite troublesome. Once the range is not calibrated properly, the value it indicates will be incorrect whenever the material level changes. How did everyone do the tuning? Give some advice.
Then I suggest using a radar level gauge; it can be used without the need for on-site calibration, and it delivers good results. However, its price is slightly higher than that of a radio frequency admittance level gauge.

You can first mark the position in an open area based on the actual depth of clearance, and then install it there
