Selection of the demister at the vacuum pump inlet

Our factory has a set of screw-type vacuum pumps that have been experiencing problems recently. When evacuating air, some of the raw materials and finished products are drawn out along with it, which causes the motor of the vacuum pump to overload and shut down. Is there any effective demister that can remove the raw materials and finished products from the gas phase?
Such problems are very common. It would be better to install a cryocooler at the vacuum inlet; however, even with such a cryocooler, the effect is likely to be limited – it might change from switching once a day to switching once every two days. It is recommended that the poster consider changing the type of unit, as it seems that dry vacuum is not suitable for your process.
