Questions regarding the range of vortex flow meters

I’m seeking advice from experts. Our factory has an vortex flow meter whose original range was 0–10 m/h, with a maximum range of 0–27 m/h. In actual use, it has been found that the range is too small. I would like to know if there are any ways to adjust this range. I’ve heard that the parameters of a vortex flow meter cannot be changed – is that true?
It can be adjusted. Just change the full-scale value corresponding to 20 ma in the menu to 27 m3/h.
Can a vortex flow meter be installed vertically or at an angle? ? The information I found states that it can only be installed horizontally, but during the training the instructor said it can be installed either horizontally, vertically, or at an angle. Who knows? Please let me know
It can be installed vertically; we have several units here that are installed in this way.
The range is a numerical value; 0~10 m/H and 0~27 m/h represent the measurement range.
