Mass conservation problem in CSTR reactors

When I create a reactor using a power series reaction, an error occurs stating that mass is not conserved. After increasing the convergence tolerance, it turns into a warning. Why does this happen in a CSTR? I tried many methods, but I couldn’t get rid of the warning……
What software are you using? HYSYS?
I used A+, version 11.1.
Try adjusting the data precision. For example, changing it from 0.001 to 0.01 or 0.0001
Reply to 4# chengjian5906: I set the convergence precision to 0.01 earlier because of the issue with mass conservation, and that’s when the warning appeared… If it had been 0.001 as before, an error would have occurred……
Will the reaction produce non-condensable gas components or solids or something similar?
