Verification calculation for horizontal vessels with attached equipment

On the DN1600 horizontal vessel, a small cylinder with DN1200 dimensions and a length of L=1100 was created. When calculating based on the specifications for auxiliary equipment of horizontal vessels as per SW6, the program indicated that the opening size was too large; however, if this opening is treated as a large connection opening and calculated using the pressure area method, the requirement can be met. The issue is that according to the calculation method in Appendix A of JB/T4731, the diameter of the auxiliary equipment actually doesn’t play any role. Since the opening reinforcement calculations for SW6 are all valid, then why is there a restriction on the size of openings for auxiliary equipment in SW6?
Appendix A mainly considers the impact of **actions in the presence of auxiliary equipment; SW6 may take into account the issue of large openings in accordance with GB150.
There’s another question: if the accessory is facing downward, such as a water bag, should it be counted as having an accessory? If so, **how much should the force application height be?**
