I have occasionally heard of OPW loading valves; I wonder if there are any manufacturers in China. What is the principle of the OPW loading valve?
Hello, I’m happy to answer your questions. We are the sole designated agent for OPW in China. I’m not sure if the loading valve mentioned by the poster refers to one used for connecting tank trucks. If so, it should refer to the OPW API series of dry section valves, whose manufacturing standard is API. When these valves are installed, sealing at the connections is extremely important; this is especially true for bottom-mounted installations. In China, many connectors fail to meet the sealing requirements, resulting in leaks and a range of problems. In addition, OPW also has a quick-connect fitting series and a dry quick-connect fitting series. It is mainly used in oils and chemicals.
