Selection of welding materials

I recently built a distillation tower using 202 (1Cr18Mn8Ni5N) as the material. I struggled for several days to decide on the appropriate welding materials; I conducted physical and chemical tests on A102 welding rods and ER308 welding wire for both manual welding and submerged arc welding. Both materials passed the tests, but the weld quality obtained through submerged arc welding was not satisfactory. In the end, I used A102 welding rods for all the welding tasks. I’m not sure if anyone has worked with this material before; I’d appreciate any insights you might have
SUS202 is equivalent to the domestic weld material 1Cr18Mn8Ni5N. When selecting a weld material, it is generally sufficient to choose one grade higher depending on the intended use of the material. The one in A302, I guess
