There are many ways to reduce gas resistance in pipelines: 1. Appropriately increase the pipe diameter； 2. Reduce unnecessary 90-degree elbows; prefer 45-degree elbows whenever possible ； 3. Try to avoid installing pipes with air pockets, to prevent gas from accumulating in certain areas. Additionally, try to avoid high temperatures during operation, as liquid media tend to vaporize at high temperatures
A high-point vent valve is installed at the highest point to allow for frequent exhaust during production.
Also, try to minimize the use of throttling elements such as orifice plates.
