Seeking advice on the issue of flexible connections in sewage storage tanks

We are constructing two sewage storage tanks with a capacity of 5,000 m³ each, intended for storing wastewater from oil refining and chemical industries. We now need flexible connectors for the inlets and outlets. I would like to ask what flexible connectors are, and whether they are available as finished products Do I still need to do it myself? Soft connections are usually elastic bellows that need to be purchased and custom-made; they are finished products. In the case of hard connections, accidents can occur when the two storage tanks settle at different rates
Soft connections are finished products, except for those made to order. Flexible connectors are generally rubber products that are elastic.
