Article 2: Location of service delivery

Article 5 Rights and Obligations of Party A 5.1 Party A has the right to assess and evaluate the quality of Party B’s work. 5.2 Upon receiving a request from the public security fire department to go out and extinguish a fire, Party A has the discretion to decide whether to dispatch personnel. 5.3 Party A has the right to review the number of personnel, their qualifications, competence, and professional composition who participate in the work at the fire station, as well as to handle the relevant procedures for them to take up their positions. 5.4 In the event of a disaster such as a fire, Party A shall comply with the unified command and coordination of the fire scene commander. 5.5 Party A shall provide Party B with the office space and training facilities necessary for the operation of fire emergency services. 5.6 Party A shall provide Party B with special-purpose safety protective equipment required for the fire safety of this factory. 5.7 Provide Party B with the factory’s information and regulatory documents related to fire safety, and facilitate the proper operation of the fire station. 5.8 Party A is responsible for providing safety training for Party B’s personnel prior to their entry into the factory, and shall supply all necessary resources for the training process, including training facilities, instructors, and training materials. 5.9 To ensure the proper functioning of fire emergency response systems within the ........... factory premises, Party A shall be responsible for providing fire alarm phones with automatic recording capabilities. 5.10 Party A shall pay the contract price to Party B on schedule in accordance with the provisions of Article 4 of this Agreement. Article 6 Rights and Obligations of Party B 6.1 Be prepared to extinguish fires at any time; once a fire or other disaster occurs, take immediate action to carry out rescue efforts and save people and property. 6.2 Upon receiving a dispatch order from Party A to the public security fire department to go and extinguish a fire, dispatch immediately. 6.3 In accordance with the requirements of the regulations governing the operations of public security fire brigades and the outlines for professional training, efforts should be made to strengthen training in firefighting tactics and techniques, thereby continuously improving professional competence and firefighting capabilities. 6.4 Carry out daily management and training for the fire station crew, strengthen discipline, foster good work habits, and improve rapid response capabilities. 6.5 For the key fire prevention areas within the factory, formulate fire extinguishment plans, establish a system for managing these plans, and conduct regular drills to ensure familiarity with them. 6.6 Comply with all management regulations set by the Client, strictly adhere to the Client’s safety management rules, and accept safety education, safety management, safety supervision, and safety inspections conducted by the Client’s safety department. 6.7 Party B is responsible for purchasing the equipment necessary for the operation of the fire station. 6.8 Firefighters required for the fire station shall be assigned in accordance with Party A’s requirements, with fixed positions and shifts established to ensure the quality of the personnel. 6.9 After determining the number of staff, Party B must submit this to Party A for approval; it must participate in the on-site training organized by Party A in accordance with Party A’s requirements and schedule. Those who fail the assessment after completing the training will not be allowed to work at this fire station. 6.10 Assist Party A in establishing a fire prevention responsibility system and fire prevention records, as well as supervise the rectification of potential fire hazards. 6.11 Carry out fire safety awareness campaigns to promote fire safety knowledge, ensure the implementation of the factory’s fire safety regulations, and be responsible for training the company’s volunteer fire team. 6.12 When the factory changes the nature of the materials it produces and stores, alters its raw materials and products, or undertakes construction projects for new construction, expansion, or renovation, it shall assist the relevant departments in presenting suggestions and recommendations to the enterprise’s management regarding improvements to fire safety measures. Article 7 Entry into Force of the Agreement 7.1 This Agreement shall come into force as of the date when the representatives of Party A and Party B sign it and the entities affix their seals. 7.2 This agreement is made in six copies, with Party A and Party B holding three copies each, all of which have equal legal validity. 7.3 In the event of any disputes arising during the performance of this agreement, they shall be resolved through consultation between the two parties involved ； Any other outstanding matters shall be resolved through friendly consultation between the two parties.
