I searched on CNKI for information on the research progress regarding pre-raising processes in catalytic cracking both domestically and internationally, but found very little material; I really don’t know where else I can find relevant information. Our factory uses dry gas and 1.0MP steam as pre-lift media, with very good results. . Steam is used quite a lot on a regular basis
We employ dry gas pre-lifting technology, using dry gas as the lifting medium to ensure that the catalyst has the appropriate velocity and density before coming into contact with the feed oil. This facilitates thorough mixing between the catalyst and the oil in the reaction zone, reduces the amount of steam required as well as wastewater generation, and minimizes the hydrothermal deactivation of the catalyst.
When using dry gas for lifting, the compressor load as well as loads related to absorption stabilization must be taken into account
Our factory is involved in dry gas pre-boosting as well as pre-boost accident steam handling! Normally, use the dry gas coming out of the regenerator!
We employ dry gas pre-lifting and steam technology: under normal operation, dry gas is used as the lifting medium, which increases the load on the compressor; however, it effectively reduces steam consumption and wastewater discharge, as well as minimizing the occurrence of CAT thermal surges. In the event of a compressor failure, low-pressure steam at 1.0 MPA is used.

Moreover, if steam contains water, it can affect the reaction pressure.
