What kind of pump should be used for propane filling?

As the title suggests, our unit is considering replacing an old centrifugal propane filling pump; I would like to have it replaced with a canned motor pump. However, apart from safety reasons, I can’t come up with any other justification. Does anyone have any relevant criteria in this regard?
A centrifugal pump will do; why use a shielded pump? It’s not effective
There is no need to use a shielded pump, as propane is not highly toxic.
Shielded pumps are not expensive these days either, and they are very useful.
I recommend not using canned pumps, as their operating conditions are very strict; centrifugal pumps can meet the requirements. Our factory uses compressors for loading the products
In current design processes, canned pumps are generally used as loading pumps for propane, butane, etc.
